Miter 5000 blends the incremental angle control features of the Miter 3000SE with
a very special 3-panel Sled for the ultimate miter cutting workstation for the
table saw.
A Renewable Right Panel provides zero-clearance tear-out control
and cut-off support on Both sides of the blade. Two aluminum T-tracks are embedded
in
the MDF panel top to secure an included work piece hold-down clamp and
to provide absolute rigid support for the 36" to 64" telescoping IncraLOCK
Cut-off Fence. Will crosscut a 25" wide board with full control on a standard
10" table saw. The Miter5000 by INCRA delivers perfect, repeatable accuracy.

Clamp which locks your workpiece onto the sled for maximum
accuracy and the cleanest cuts possible. It only takes seconds

Number: SMITER5000) | In
cooperation with Shopsmith engineers, this version of the Miter
5000 Sled
has been specifically adapted to the Shopsmith Mark V Series.
This is the only Shopsmith authorized miter sled on the market.
Miter
5000 Sled Replacement Panel In Use
The Miter
5000 Sled is customized exactly for your own saw by installing the entire sled
and then making a single cut through the right panel to give you a "zero
clearance" sled edge for excellent workpiece support. This newly separated
sled panel is then locked in place using the included miter channel locking devices
(Incra Miter Sliders). Easily removed and reattached this panel is permanently
used unless you change saws. Obviously any "zero clearance" cut will
be in the wrong place should you change table saws and having a replacement panel
available keeps maintains the remarkable value of your
Miter 5000.
To
replace your panel, you simply remove the secondary panel at the T-Slot extrusion
and then attach your replacement panel. Once again you make a "zero clearance"
cut of the new panel and attach the resulting piece as before. Below you can see
the same exact setup with a lefttilt Shopsmith saw.

GlideLOCK Miter Bar
Six expansion disks adjust both
sides of the bar for ZERO side play, anti-friction travel on
all table saws with standard 3/4" x 3/8" or near-standard
miter gauge channels, including Delta, Craftsman, imports, etc.
This means that all of INCRA's incredible precision will actually
show up in your work because the bar CAN'T wiggle around in
the miter slot. | |

Precision angle indexing teeth are
laser cut in solid steel to lock in 364 positive angle stops
in 1/2°, 1° or 5° increments over a full 180°
range. it's also continuously adjustable between
